Does a request immediately reserve the car?
No. Our team must check availability and separately confirm the reservation terms and period. Submitting a form is not a payment or purchase agreement.
What do net and gross prices mean?
The main price is net, excluding VAT; the listing gross price appears below. Our team will confirm the applicable purchase terms and final amount for your transaction.
How do I check documents and delivery?

- Serviced throughout its use at authorised service centres, with all maintenance performed according to schedule. This means that after purchase you will not need to visit a workshop, replace parts or spend time and money on repairs and maintenance.
- That, at the time of purchase, fully meets European safety and technical standards, requires no maintenance and has passed the inspection required for road use, except for damaged lots.
- Built in Europe and not previously driven in CIS countries.
- With no accident history or hidden defects, except for lots sold in damaged condition.
All vehicles delivered by CarOutlet are transported exclusively by car carriers and fully insured against damage at every stage of delivery. This allows us to guarantee that the declared defects, such as scuffs, scratches and chips recorded in photographs, match the vehicle’s actual condition when received.
If a purchased vehicle does not match its description on the auction website, including the photographed defects and service history, CarOutlet guarantees financial compensation for the damage, up to returning the vehicle to the supplier.
CarOutlet provides a special guarantee against hidden engine and transmission defects. If hidden defects not recorded in the service history are found, financial compensation is provided. A diagnostic report from an authorised EEC service centre located within the EEC is accepted for review.
